crelve ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "Day Ritual" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

1.3 AI-Generated Content

When you use the routine generation feature, your goal settings are sent to Google's Gemini AI (via Firebase AI Logic) to generate personalized routines. We do not store your goal data on external servers beyond what is necessary to generate the routine.

3.1 AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

3.1 About Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements for free users. Premium subscribers do not see ads. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to deliver relevant ads. To opt out of personalized ads, enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property
4. With service providers listed in "Third-Party Services" above

5. Data Retention

Routine completion history is stored locally on your device using Hive (local database). Goal settings and reminder preferences are stored locally. After account deletion, personally identifiable information will be deleted within a reasonable period.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect collected information. Firebase App Check (App Attest) is used to ensure only legitimate app instances can access our backend services.

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request access to your personal information we hold
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information

8. Children's Privacy

On devices running iOS 14.5 or later, we will ask for permission before tracking your activity across apps and websites. You can still use the basic features of the App even if you do not allow tracking.
